three items: 

Magic hat --> makes bullets homing

Shield --> will go to the player and block attack from enemies and push them back

Heart -->  has a chance to increase your max hp

One enemy: slime with small amount of health and attack

survive as long as possible
Controls are WASD and Spacebar to shoot
